What helps us help you?

Say which app you use and where: ZOREAL Meet on a Mac, a Windows PC, an iPhone or an Android phone, ZOREAL ID, or zoreal.com in a browser. Add the app’s version, what you did and what happened. Never send a password, a sign-in code or a picture of your passport or ID card.

How do I delete my account?

Sign in on zoreal.com, open Settings, then Profile, and choose Delete account. In the ZOREAL Meet app for Mac and Windows, the account menu’s Account settings has Delete account, which opens the same place.

What does ZOREAL keep about me?

The privacy notice says what ZOREAL collects, why, and for how long.
