Yes. Premium is $4.95 per user per month, or $49.50 per user per year. Every member of your organization is a paid seat. Yearly billing gives you two months free; usage prices stay the same.
Free has one shared pool of 10 checks per day across eligible check types, including PDF fraud, AI image detection, still-image deepfake checks, age estimation and liveness when available. Premium includes one shared pool of 10 PDF fraud and AI image checks per month, then $0.60 per additional check. Other Premium checks are charged separately.
No. Daily allowances reset daily and monthly allowances reset each billing month. Unused allowances do not roll over. Yearly billing keeps the same monthly allowances. Free usage stops when an allowance is used up, until its next reset.
Premium includes access to AI agents, with usage charged at $0.15 per minute an agent listens. Standby time is not metered. AI note taking is coming soon at $0.59 per meeting hour with notes enabled. These usage charges are additional to the subscription.
No. Joining a meeting by link, signing a document sent to you and answering an identity request are always free. The ZOREAL ID app is also always free for the holder. ZOREAL Mark will be free and unlimited for signing and verifying when it launches.
