ZOREAL Meet

Alternatives to SureMark SureCircle

SureMark Digital sells SureCircle Identity Assurance: an organisation’s CISO issues cryptographic credentials to the people who would cause the most damage if impersonated, and before any high-stakes action the team sends an Identity Challenge, a single nonce the requester must sign in one click, and receives signed proof described as cryptographic, non-repudiable and audit-ready. ZOREAL Meet is its own meeting product: video and voice meetings in the browser, joined by link, where the host can require every participant to prove that a live, enrolled human is present, with or without disclosing their verified name. This page sets the two side by side as a signed challenge usable alongside any channel against a presence check carried inside the call.

Information last reviewed 10 September 2026. Compared: SureCircle Identity Assurance against ZOREAL Meet. SureMark’s Verified Web and SureMark Identity content-authorisation product overlaps ZOREAL Mark and has its own page there; SureMark’s funding, revenue and customer count are not stated in the public materials we reviewed and are out of scope.

Where ZOREAL Meet and SureMark SureCircle differ

  • Built into the call

ZOREAL Meet has built-in deepfake protection. ZOREAL Meet has built-in voice-cloning detection.

  • Identity in the meeting

ZOREAL Meet has built-in ID verification, so you can identify the person in the meeting: for a job interview, or any conversation where identity matters. ZOREAL Meet has built-in proof of human inside the meeting.

  • Who vouches for the identity

A SureCircle credential is issued by the customer’s CISO, so the identity behind it is whoever the organisation vouched for at issuance; how the holder is identity-proofed before issuance, how the key is stored and whether a biometric gates each signature are not stated in the materials we reviewed. ZOREAL’s identity is proofed against a government document whose chip was read and verified at enrolment, with a live face captured, and the key is generated in the phone’s hardware and biometric-gated; a presence check answers the challenge with a device signature plus a liveness capture face-matched to that document.

  • Per-user pricing beside a Free plan

SureMark lists SureCircle Identity Assurance from $25 per user per month, with a Starter plan at $250 per month for up to 10 seats and Business at $500 per month for up to 50 seats (USD, September 2026). ZOREAL Meet: Unlimited meetings of up to 40 minutes on the Free plan, 25 on video and 100 attendees, proof of human presence included; joining by link never needs an account or a plan. Current prices are on the ZOREAL price list at zoreal.com/pricing.

Comparison of ZOREAL Meet and SureMark SureCircle Identity Assurance, based on public materials reviewed on 10 September 2026.

AttributeZOREAL MeetSureMark SureCircle
Where it runsInside the call. ZOREAL Meet runs the meeting itself: video and voice meetings in the browser, joined by link, with the presence check run through the ZOREAL ID app and the verdict written to room metadata by the server. No second meeting platform is involved.Alongside whatever call or channel is in use, on demand before a high-stakes action, through the SureMark web app; the call platforms or channels SureCircle covers are not listed in the materials we reviewed (suremark.digital, September 2026).
Identity verification at call timeZOREAL Meet has built-in ID verification, so you can identify the person in the meeting: for a job interview, or any conversation where identity matters. A presence check is an OAuth login: ZOREAL Meet is a relying party of the ZOREAL OpenID Provider over the same pairing protocol every relying party uses. The participant scans a QR code with the ZOREAL ID app, runs the full liveness capture, is face-matched server-side against the document read at enrolment, and approves with a device signature from a hardware-bound, biometric-gated key. The provider derives the assurance from a presence attestation it minted itself, the acr floor is enforced on the claim, and the verdict is written to room metadata by the server, never self-declared by a participant. Both levels run the same capture and the same match; they differ only in what the room learns. A check runs when the host asks a participant, or everyone who joins from then on, to prove presence; the badge lasts for that connection.Issue, challenge, sign, verify: the CISO issues cryptographic credentials to the people who would cause the most damage if impersonated; before a high-stakes action the team sends an Identity Challenge, a single nonce the requester must sign; the holder completes a one-click signature; the team receives signed proof described as cryptographic, non-repudiable and audit-ready, in four steps and twenty seconds. The identity is whoever the organisation issued the credential to; how the holder is identity-proofed before issuance, the signature algorithm, key storage and any biometric gating are not stated in the materials we reviewed (suremark.digital, September 2026).
Proof of humanZOREAL Meet has built-in proof of human inside the meeting. The signature proves that the holder of the issued credential answered the nonce within the challenge window; a liveness capture, a face match or any other proof that a live human, rather than the credential, answered is not stated in the materials we reviewed.
Deepfake and voice-clone detectionZOREAL Meet has built-in deepfake protection. ZOREAL Meet has built-in voice-cloning detection.SureCircle is a challenge-response signature aimed at AI impersonation; inspection of the call’s video or audio for synthesis or a cloned voice is not stated in the materials we reviewed.

Where ZOREAL Meet and SureMark SureCircle agree

Both are challenge-response designs, and both give the party asking a signed answer to the question “is this really you, now?” before a sensitive action. SureCircle sends a single nonce the requester must sign within the challenge window; ZOREAL’s presence check is an OAuth login over a pairing challenge, answered with a device signature from a hardware-bound, biometric-gated key. In both, a replayed recording cannot answer a fresh challenge, and both produce a record the requester keeps: SureCircle’s signed proof, ZOREAL’s presence attestation minted by the provider and the verdict written to the room.

Neither claims to defeat a consenting insider: a SureCircle credential holder can act under duress, and ZOREAL’s product documentation says the same of coercion. Where they differ is the identity root and the seat. SureCircle’s root is organisational issuance by the CISO, usable alongside any channel; ZOREAL’s root is a chip-read government document with a live face, and the check runs inside ZOREAL Meet with a liveness capture and a face match as part of the answer.

ZOREAL Meet may fit you if

  • You want the identity proofed against a government document chip with liveness, and the key hardware-bound and biometric-gated, with the mechanism stated
  • You want the challenge answered with a live face match as well as a signature, so a stolen credential alone does not pass
  • You want the check inside the meeting product itself, with deepfake and voice-clone protection built in, a published price list and a Free plan
  • You want booking pages and meeting agents with memory of previous meetings inside the same product

SureMark SureCircle may fit you if

  • You want a proof-of-person step you can use on any channel, not tied to one meeting product
  • Your organisation prefers to issue and control the credentials itself through its CISO
  • You want a signed, audit-ready proof the requesting team keeps, produced in about twenty seconds
  • You need a small, priced deployment for a handful of executives, from $250 per month for up to 10 seats
