ZOREAL Verify

Alternatives to Snappt

Snappt sells an Applicant Trust Platform for US multifamily rental screening; its Document Fraud Detection analyses applicant-submitted financial PDFs against a database of institution templates and thousands of metadata features and returns a pass or fail recommendation in a dashboard. ZOREAL Verify examines PDFs and document images for forgery and manipulation, images for AI generation and editing, audio for synthetic or cloned voices, and video for deepfakes. This page sets the two side by side on what each examines, what each returns, and what each publishes about price, data handling and certification.

Information last reviewed 10 September 2026. Compared: Snappt Document Fraud Detection against ZOREAL Verify; Snappt’s income, identity, rent and employment verification products and ZOREAL’s identity products are out of scope.

Where ZOREAL Verify and Snappt differ

  • Multimodal by design

Verify is multimodal: PDF, images, audio and video, checked for deepfakes, fraud, AI-edited content and voice clones.

  • Two pricing models

Snappt publishes no price: its Legacy, Professional and Enterprise tiers and its add-ons each link to a contact form, and no per-applicant, per-unit or per-property price is stated (September 2026). ZOREAL Verify: 10 free checks a day; Premium includes a monthly fraud-check pool.

  • Pass or fail beside findings

Snappt’s product page describes “clear pass/fail recommendations” delivered in a dashboard in under 10 minutes. ZOREAL Verify presents findings to review in context: what deserves attention, where it appears and why it matters, alongside the information you already have.

  • One workflow, or one check

Snappt is a rental-screening workflow: applicants upload through a Snappt link, results appear inside Entrata, RealPage, Inhabit, ResMan, Yardi and Yardi Breeze, and income, identity, rent and employment verification sit alongside. ZOREAL Verify’s page describes document and media checks without a sector and names no property-management integration; ZOREAL’s pricing page lists the Bynn REST API, SDKs and result webhooks on Premium.

Where ZOREAL Verify and Snappt agree

Both examine the file behind the finished page. Snappt reads thousands of metadata elements and compares document features against a database of institution templates to find alterations in applicant-submitted PDFs. ZOREAL Verify’s document analysis looks at content, fonts, graphical consistency, metadata and digital signatures to reveal changed amounts, replaced payment details and altered text. On a born-digital bank statement or pay stub the two ask the same question of the same bytes.

Both return a graded result within minutes for a person to act on, and neither describes the result as the decision itself: Snappt’s page speaks of pass or fail recommendations, ZOREAL Verify’s of findings to review in context alongside the information the reviewer already has. Both state SOC 2, Snappt as Type II and ZOREAL at the organization level, and Snappt states encryption in transit and at rest on its security page.

The scopes differ in kind. Snappt is a rental-screening platform for US multifamily housing: applicant financial PDFs from original institutions, delivered inside Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, ResMan and Inhabit, with income, identity, rent and employment verification alongside. ZOREAL Verify’s page describes PDFs, document images, images, audio and video without a sector; image inputs, standalone images, audio and video are not stated on Snappt’s pages.
